Our estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.
Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request an order change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
6. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to update the address. Allywear is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. What if my package is delayed?
Sometimes shipping delays may happen due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, or other unexpected situations.
If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first. You can also contact us for support.
8. What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?
First, please check around your mailbox, front door, building office, or with neighbors.
If you still cannot find it, contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. You may also reach out to us, and we will do our best to help.

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges according to our store return policy.
Items must usually be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, some sleepwear items may not be eligible for return if used or damaged.
